UFA Beginners/Intermediate Summer Camp is for children ages 7 – 15

Kids will learn an elegant, prestigious and modern combative sport based on tradition. It’s a challenge both physically and tactically between two opponents. It reflects the success qualities which are important to contemporary young people who seek a challenge to both body and mind through an effective blend of patience and determination, discipline, and competitiveness.
Please wear gym clothes and clean tennis shoes. The UFA Summer Camp is an exceptional opportunity for fencers to intensively train under world class coaches. The Camp is the place to learn one of the most elegant, exhilarating and safest sports that teaches discipline, coordination and sportsmanship. Sessions are made to improve physical condition, footwork, strengthen fencing techniques and tactical skills through games, team-building activities, footwork, blade work drills and sparring.

The fencers will be grouped according to their age, skill level, and competition experience.

Training program includes:
Warm-up
Conditioning/Strength Training
Stretching/Coordination
Fencing Drills/Footwork
Blade Work/Strategy
Structured Bouting

Camp Hours: 09:00 am – 12:30 pm, Monday – Friday

Cost: $380/5days
Daily rates available – $90/day

Private lessons are available for an additional charge.

Lunch not provided.
