How do I log into my account on the new platform?

Click the  Link button on our website or open the Mindbody mobile app. Find United Fencing Academy in search slot. Sign in using the email address you have on file with United Fencing Academy.

What if I already have a Mindbody account from another gym or studio?

You do not need to create a new profile. Use your existing Mindbody email and password to log in. Once signed in, search for United Fencing Academy to link our studio to your existing account.

Can I manage accounts for my children under one master login?

Yes. Mindbody supports Family Accounts. Set up your primary parent profile first, then add your children as dependents under your account settings.

This allows you to sign waivers, register for classes, and handle payments for your fencers from a single login.

How do I reserve a class spot?

Log into the Member Portal via our website or open the Mindbody app, navigate to the class schedule, choose your session, and confirm your reservation.

Can I update my payment methods through the portal?

Yes. You can update saved credit cards, view past purchase history, track active memberships, and pay outstanding invoices directly under the billing section of your account profile.
